🐛 [Bug Report] Some Westfall People's Militia NPCs wearing wrong shields #3704

Bug Details

Following NPCs wear a regular Stormwind guard shield instead of the ones they should be wearing.
It affects:
Protector Korelor - https://www.wowhead.com/classic/npc=874/protector-korelor#screenshots
Protector Leick - https://www.wowhead.com/classic/npc=876/protector-leick#screenshots
Protector Deni - https://www.wowhead.com/classic/npc=870/protector-deni#screenshots

Look at them and compare them to screenshots on wowhead
