🐛 [Bug Report] Small problems with DB Upgrade (Build 2024-04-05)

Bug Details

1. db_create_mysql.sql (lacks one ',') - which causes lack of privileges in one of databases

2. please check the Install DB script and all the things connected with making DB up-to-date
   because i had to load manualy update files because something with db_version protection didnt work correctly
   S2475_01_mangos_spell_template.sql
   S2476_01_mangos_spell_template_ap.sql
   This problem even occurs if i use option to generate all new databases. The protection connected with table db_version blocks
   update somehow and starting server is impossible because of error of improper spell_template table

Steps to Reproduce

1. Git Clone Wow Server
2. Use InstallDBScript to make brand new server with brand new database
3. See that it not working properly and you have to work few things on your own to make it work

Expected behavior

Suggested Workaround

InstallFullDB.sh in case youre making new server with new database should work without any manual actions and changing sql files
