🐛 [Bug Report] The Orb of Translocation at the Magisters' Terrace does not work

Bug Details

When clicking the Orb of Translocation at the Magisters' Terrace, behind Kael'thas Sunstrider, it doesn't teleport me to the Shattered Sun Staging Area, meaning nothing happens.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Do a normal play-through of Magisters' Terrace.
2. Go near the Orb of Translocation and try to click it to check for the aforementioned issue.

Expected behavior

According to Warcraft Wiki, that Orb of Translocation should teleport me near Vindicator Xayann at the Shattered Sun Staging Area.
