Bugfix: Dashboard statistic "flush"

Stability & compatibility improvements

This release brought some more stability and compatiblity to the community:

• Timout is now configurable through .config or .config.dist! If you want to connect to a remote instance of Memcached then you maybe need to adjust the timeout - now it's possible by config.
• Fixed hardcoded development path setup
• Improved build process

Installer for composer install

This release provides an installer when installing via composer. The installer does take care of the copy and symlinking operations. It also provides an example vhost configuration for the install path/environment.

First public release

This is the first public release of phpMemAdmin. I follow the http://semver.org/ standard.
