Container's memory limit is read from config file, not by cgroup's fs

Currently, the memory report on the container's grid is showing the config'd memory limit, not the online one. It's preferable that it reads the actual "memory.limit_in_bytes" from CGroup rather than the config file, since it can be changed online.
