Draggable element does not recalculate position after window resize and gets out of edges #1370

The problem is similar to it #1072, but that issue has no comments.

To reproduce:

Window width = 1920px, move draggable element (with width X) to the right edge of window.
Resize window by right edge to the (1920 - X)px
Draggable element does not changed position and is out of window.
