Want to know if any endpoints are down or removed. Want to know if the data on the endpoint is stale.

Should notify IT if an endpoint is missing or down.

Write script to test endpoint urls and test if stale #3
Use GitHub Actions to periodically run the script #4
Notify IT of down endpoints using http form
Visualize the status of endpoints as a status page
Send email to notify Jason Howard of a missing endpoint
