Hot reloading

Hello, one feature that would greatly improve developer experience is Python side hot reloading. I remember seeing somewhere that there is an issue for doing this with libuv.

Until you get time to do that, could we implement a command line wrapper that handles running the socketify process and reloading it upon changes to files?
