Monotip Bolt and Seeker Shaft Bolts Missing?

Despite Chummer allowing all the Run & Gun arrowheads (and the Static Shaft) to be taken as bolts, the monotip arrowhead and seeker shaft from Hard Targets aren't available. Seeker shafts could be argued to be incompatible, but I think both should be added for the sake of consistency.
