moon phase inverted?

hi, i am a little bit confused about the moon phase shown in wttr.in
to me it looks like the V2 output shows the moon phase inverted in web browser and terminal.

(here the moon phase looks correctly, but is New Moon - 2 6:16:29 correct?)
