Is Your Feature Request Related To A Problem? Please describe.

Choco-theme does not customize scrollbars on Firefox, but does on chromium based browsers.

Describe The Solution. Why is it needed?

We should look to see if we can customize the scrollbars at least a little bit. They are not as customizable as Chromium based browsers, but we may be able to make them look a little bit better. See https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/CSS/CSS_scrollbars_styling
