What You Are Seeing?

We are currently setting jetty.stsMaxAge=-1 for reasons that are as of now unclear and probably unnecessary. We should look to remove this setting and confirm it isn't necessary.

I believe this will have ramification on Jenkins, and should look to implement #158 on the back of this.
