Would like to have SSL setup default to running with the -Hardened setting. Also adding a prompt to prompt out of using Hardened/Internet Facing SSL setup configuration as an option.

For kicks tried just adding -Hardened to the self-signed certificate option of the Set-SslSecurity Script. Got the following output.

Believe we do a check on certificate expiration that throws this error.
