Add descriptive text next to each USB port in the drop down window #4

This is not critical, but other tools do it, and it would really help our users know which serial port (if there are multiple ports available) is the chipKIT board.

For example, I currently have 3 serial ports on my machine, and when I go to select a serial port in Tera Term (my favorite serial terminal emulator), they show up as the following:

COM1: Communications Port (COM1)
COM3: USB Serial Device (COM3)
COM10: chipKIT USB Serial (Stk500v2 compatible)

This is also how they show up in the Windows Device Manager.

This will have to wait for version 1.1 or later
