An analytics dashboard is required to show simple but necessary metrics like:

Hires by month and department [Bar chart]
Top sequences used by hires [Top ten list]
Hires by manager [bar chart]
AVG Time to finish a sequence [Big number widget]
Total hires by year [Big number widget]

Filters:

By date [daterange picker]
By manager
By department

two options are django-chartjs from chartjs or django-echarts from apache
