I see the manager role when i create an admin user, the translation said "Gerente", is posible to translate only this option to recruiter?, es more related to the role activity rather than to a management action, or add a role "recruiter" and a manager could see all the task from all the recruiters in the organization.
I don't think "recruiter" would be the correct word to change manager to.
A manager does not have access to all new hires, they only have access to new hires of which they are being marked as manager.
I can definitely see the appeal of adding a new role for a recruiter, but I am not sure if it's worth it at this point in time, just to get rid of the settings page for them.
