Hijacking this issue tracker for XmlNavigator plugin

Hi chcg,

I saw you're maintaining a lot of NPP plugin repositories and contribute little fixes.
There is https://github.com/crypto-rsa/XmlNavigator, which is abandoned. I quite love it and prefer it over Npp Xml Treeview plugin.
I'm trying to switch over to NPP x64, but the x64 version of this plugin just crashes.

Would you be so kind and have a look at this plugin. It would be really great, to have this plugin also in NPP x64.
