When NPP_HexEdit v0.9.10 is used with the Customize Toolbar extension v5.2 or v5.3 (https://sourceforge.net/projects/npp-customize/files/) in Notepad++ v8.1.4, the result is problematic.

Almost every custom button defined in Customize Toolbar appears out of order in the Notepad++ toolbar, and with an exclamation point instead of its correct icon image. Strangely, additional buttons showing the default icons for these functions also appear.

This only occurs when Notepad++ is opened by double-clicking on a binary file in a file manager. Opening a non-binary file does not cause this issue. Once the binary file has been opened, and this bug occurs, switching to alpha mode from hex mode does not resolve the issue. Closing Notepad++ does resolve the issue until you try to open a binary file with Notepad++ again.

I'm not sure if this is an NPP_HexEdit bug, a Customize Toolbar bug, a Notepad++ bug, or a combination of 2 or more of those tools.
