\section{Mom's Banana Muffins}

    Don't throw out those brown bananas! 
}

Pre-heat the oven to 350\degree{}. 
Butter, eggs, and bananas should be room temperature, or you
can submerge them in warm water for 30 minutes. 
Bananas are best if they are frozen and thawed. 

\ingredients{
    1 & cup sugar \\
    8 & tablespoons butter \\ 
    2 & cups flour \\
    2 & teaspoons baking powder \\
}

Combine softened butter and sugar. Mix in flour and baking powder. 

\ingredients{
    2 & eggs \\
    2 & very ripe bananas \\
}

Mix in bananas and eggs into dried ingredients. If it's 
too dry, add milk. 

Pour into muffin tins, using about \sfrac{1}{2} cup per tin. 
Paint on an egg wash, and sprinkle with extra sugar on top. 
Bake for 35 minutes.
