Including the CSS already built and remove the customization from the project

I am thinking that it might be a good idea to separate the src files from semantic and include just the built and minified versions of the CSS and JS into the project.

PROS:

• Simplify and shorten the time to build the project
• Shorten the time to install the project
• No need to worry about CSS when developing

CONS:

• The semantic components will be harder to stylize
• Can't stylize the theme (unless there's some ugly CSS in play)

How to counteract the CONS:

• Create a new project just for the CSS
• The new project will have all the source files for the CSS project
• The new project will have all the build commands and instructions for replacing the CSS in the main project
