Hey,

I've reviewed your code and it doesn't look like sfu to me. It is Mesh topology again as shown in kurento examples. Please correct me if I am wrong.

Depends on what branch you're on. With mesh, you don't need Kurento as it is point to point with no central server. If you select SFU branch, it is SFU.
