Correct "float" option in example files

There have been issues with the depletion survey option 34 correctly fitting the input depletion value across all models when the Q set-up float option is set to 1. The depletion value appears to be consistently fit correctly when float is set to 0, the initial Q parameter is set to 0 (exp(0) = 1), and the phase turned off.
