Support for bent line

fletcher has a bend arg for edge so you can draw bent line easily. Example can be seen in https://github.com/typst/packages/tree/main/packages/preview/fletcher/0.4.2 .

It would be more straightforward to add a bend arg to line other than arc-through.

This would only work if the line has exactly two arguments. I am also not sure if it is good to make line emit non-line shapes. But: this could be implemented as a modifier (and therefore work on any path)!
