Many of those packages are useful during development, but can make running tests hard for OS packagers.

My dreadful hack in distro packaging is to rm pytest.ini since it adds no important configuration but enforces lots of unwanted options, and running python -m pytest directly.

Half a dozen deps gone like magic, including #102
