[Feature Request] Explicit song mark

Songs that are explicit are marked in youtube music's website, they should also be marked in the client as the censored versions sound objectively worse, I always mix them up and have to delete them from the db.bin and downloads/ folder in the cache.

It could look like this:
Eminem * The Eminem Show | Cleanin' out My Closet (gray color code) [E]
