Don't mislead users on imagediff deps

In order to avoid something along the lines of "csscritic require libcairo-dev" (found on https://github.com/akema-fr/lda-avocat.fr), fix the dependency hell and not bail with a message that's easy to misunderstand.

No C deps are required, nor need to be compiled.
