Decide if whiskers makes sense for this port or not.
Might help with #8 (Building on windows)
However these musicbee skins already require more complex build scripts for converting SVGs, recolouring the different pngs for all the icons, then using the SkinCreator to compile everything together, so whiskers might not make much difference

After testing it out, I think it makes enough sense to go for it. However it'll take a bit of work to port the current mess of sed and perl to the templating used by whiskers.
