Missing File

The test files used in the presigned URL test are missing in moodledata, i.e. testvideo.mp4., since there not in local, they aren't in s3. Is there a way to push these objects manually beyond the php scheduled_task.php --execute='\tool_objectfs\task\push_objects_to_storage' or advice?

When I run the php scheduled_task.php --execute='\tool_objectfs\task\check_objects_location' I get no candidate objects found.

I attached files which illustrate my configurations.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
