Plugin doesn't utilise Report-To directive #29

According to the CSP Level 3 spec, report-uri has been deprecated in favour of the report-to directive. As report-to does not yet have widespread browser support, it is suggested to send both directives; browsers that support report-to will ignore report-uri.

Mozilla has provided documentation with an example of using report-to, and the spec linked above provides an example of using both directives together.
