When I open an .SRT file, nothing happens. Actually the app doesn't seem to have an "open" function, so i drag and drop or set Penguin as default. Either way, nothing happens. Am I missing something? How do i get it to display subtitles?
The app seems to be installed correctly and shows in the menu bar. I'm running El Capitan.
First time poster so please correct me if I need to do this differently :)

Hi @Robbyb3 , welcome to GitHub. Yes this is the right way to report a problem you face.
The app does have an open function, please find the "file" button on the top left corner. Drag and drop should also work. When the srt file is loaded, the text "Penguin Subtitle Player open-source, cross-platform" should disappear and the player should start displaying the subtitles in your srt file. Do you see any buttons (and a timeline) when your hover the cursor over the interface?
