How could the content be improved?

Participants in a recent training suggested that having a few more visuals in the first half-day of the training could break up the infodump feel a bit and help people keep paying attention when otherwise, most of the time is just looking at Zoom boxes or maybe the etherpad. They did not specify topics that were lacking them - more that having some more generally would be helpful.
