This is a minor thing but host, instructor, introduction, helper, logistics, icebreaker, etc. terms are both used with the capital first letter and lowercase and we should make it consistent. I also feel that words such as 'Introduction' and 'Icebreaker' do not require capital first letter in the middle of the sentence in the same way we want to capitalise Instructor/Host/Helper roles.

Good catch!

I checked the style guide and the roles are supposed to be capitalised.

Some of the other examples are episode titles, so they should be capitalised, but others are not.

aside: I'm celebrating myself remembering to spell capitalised with an s (on the second try) per the style guide

Thanks @brownsarahm!

I did not mean capitalisation in the episode titles - that's fine, e.g. see the pics below:

I could do a PR to fix this issue based on the style guide and on the agreement what to do with other terms mentioned above.

My reading of this is that when we refer to episode titles we should also keep the capitalised. so some uses of eg "Introduction" might need to be capitalised because thy are references to an episode, but other might not.
