Consider adding environment/software notes on suggested lessons page #1475

While adding DC Image Processing to the suggested lessons in #1473, @tobyhodges included a note about the lesson using the JupyterLab environment in the table.

Should we add similar notes to other lessons (presumably to help learners) or assume that people will just browse and poke around the setup pages to find one that works for them?

I wouldn't want to maintain that information in this location. I think the lesson maintainers should make that suggestions and it's reasonable to expect trainees to find it on the setup pages.

I relatedly opened #1483 to help make sure the workshop sets trainees up for success in context
