hi,
i have seen that there is an implementation for cygwin better fork (faster) that competently doing it with windows API (https://github.com/arizvisa/afl-cygwin) using the "winapi.c" that doing pure windows API invocation.

or maybe a fork implementation of python with os.fork to speed this up..
