I can't run the app !

Hello,

I am following the guide for Requirements and Install, but I have an error with this command :
npm run build

error : TARGET is not recongnized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file.

I know that npm run build will use the script found in package.json file : TARGET=build webpack

It's an old error I guess, I already solved on my repo.

I will do the PR at least this week with the fix and another fixes related with webpack.

I think so... but there are a PR opened, I'm not sure about the actual state of this project on the master branch. I will merge tomorrow If I have time for finish the Redux Router thing.
