bug: Readme tables misrepresent features

Current Behavior

When navigating to https://github.com/cardano-foundation/cf-identity-wallet?tab=readme-ov-file I expect to see clarity on features and supported platforms. Instead, the tables mix them in a confusing matrix.

Expected Behavior

Bulleted, indented list of Mobile Application Features, Public Key Storage, Standards & Protocols, etc. Similar fixes needed in Potential Future Developments section.
