Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
The PowerShell option does not colour text of custom Cmdlets and parameters; All text just shows up as gray. It recognizes built-in cmdlets like Get-Process, but not custom ones.

Describe the solution you'd like
I would like all cmdlet and parameter names to be written in different text colours, making them easy to distinguish.

Additional context
Here's a screenshot of what PowerShell text looks like on the Carbon website. Notice that custom cmdlets that follow the Verb-Noun format are not coloured. Also, even with native cmdlets, the parameter names are not coloured.
