chord names are broken, if rest replaced by note #179

Steps to reproduce:

Write some (possibly multivoice) bars
Add chord context and fill some chords
Now replace e.g. a whole rest which a half note so it gets split to half note+half rest
Chords after the new note get broken.
Then adding some random nodes at very end of the score, the chords get partially repaird, but are shifted for one note.

Expected results:
Chords should be synced as they were before.

This might be related to #175 .
