support raspberry raspbian CI builds

• We should use github action for self-hosted runner where I can volunteer to run a RPi3 (4?) at home for compiling canorus.
• Depends on appimage packaging #124 and automatic nightly and release builds #125, we could also prepare appimage builds for raspberry arm architecture and do publish them automatically.
