Create guide on using Storybook for CanJS

We should create a guide on https://storybook.js.org/docs/guides/ for using Storybook for CanJS.

It might be as simple as https://storybook.js.org/docs/guides/guide-html/ with a script tag for loading CanJS.

There are other examples in the storybook repo: https://github.com/storybookjs/storybook/tree/master/app that might be useful (Polymer, etc).

The first step is to determine how to use Storybook for CanJS, then we can decide whether to instruct people to use the Storybook for HTML guide or to write our own guide.
