Question: Does this build and run on QNX ? #362

Hello all,

Anyone with experience on QNX?
It fails with the unsupported system when it tries to define the Semaphore wrapper.
QNX probably does not have unix defined.
I'd be surprised if this is not supported on QNX but asking here.
