Sounds very good to me!

Select livery (may belong in Main Menu or Simulator Options?)
Registration (may belong in Main Menu or Simulator Options?)

I would put that into the aircraft options. Maybe even the registration should go into the liveries dialog, because thats also depending on livery in use?

Reminder:

Consolidate carb icing in Complex engine procedures and failure with Enable Frost, Fog and Icing.

An idea:
Subdivide the "A) Simulator Options" into

  • generic options (like "Save state", "Show human models")
  • realism options (like "enabble damage", "Complex engine procedures")

Reasoning: The realism options probably will raise in detail and number.
One item I have on the list for the C182 is for example related to instrument/gyro realism
