OTP code disappear

OTP code disapear after scanning them on IOS. I have scanned an OTP for a crypto exchange and now can't access anymore without having to do KYC.

We don't support scanning on iOS.. I'm not sure how you're adding them to the vault.

Please include a step-by-step procedure to reproduce this, so I can try it myself.

KYC stands for Know your customers. Using exchange some people prefer not to put their information but in this case I don’t have choice to do so or my money is locked in the exchange.
