[Feature request] Improve tray icon interaction: react to left click on tray icon and add app name in "info bubble"

Right now, under Windows (probably also under other OSes), left clicking the tray icon doesn't do anything. Most applications open their main window on this same event. It would be great to do the same OR open the tray menu (which is opening with the right click).

Also, leaving the pointer over the tray icon displays a small bubble over it. For other applications, this usually shows the app name. For Buttercup, the info bubble is empty.
