Empathy - the story of the hero
•Describe how the problem affects the Hero
•If the problem is removed, how will the life of the Hero improve?
•Describe One fear keeping the Hero from “letting go” and doing something new
Joan, a founder and CEO of a small startup,is putting together proof of concept for her new application and needs to find a team to work with or a technical co-founder. She has some time to help out but needs to focus on fundraising and sales, she is not sure how long this will take to build or who to hire and how much it will cost.
(what is the problem, time is lost and how to regain it) be more generic in context of a hero suffering
She could get started much faster if she had someone or something to help her with describing the product in technical terms, understanding how long it would take to build and where and what it should be built with.
She is afraid that if she lets someone else take over these tasks it will cost her team money in hiring, as well as time to find the right person before she can even get started on the actual product.
Integrity - the story of open source and the Foundry
Rebuilding the wheel doesn’t make a lot of sense. Maybe you need a bigger wheel, or one with a bit more flash. Maybe you need one that will go off-road or one that goes fast. Start with the wheel you have and adapt it or customize it. That’s what open source buildly does, it gives you the framework to get started with a core set of backend and frontend applications. Then you design it and modify it to fit your needs.
Vision - the story of freedom
With the open source tools to get started with and the Foundry and Community you can build out an application that will scale with your organization fast, connect with developer teams, marketing help and more in the Foundry and go for prototype to scalable applications in weeks not months.
