Errors in IDS files for attribute facet #261

Updating the ids-tool.CommandLine to Version=1.0.66 a few errors have been identified in the IDS files of the repository.

Some cases have are marked as "fail", but they should be "invalid" to highlight that the audit tool can spot their problems
Some restriction types are missing, and should be added.
Some restriction types have are inconsistent with the attribute type (e.g.. integer vs double).
