Installation instructions for OS X 10.6

The installer for OS X 10.6 installs Rails 3.2.x, not 4.x. Thus I had to take these steps:

• run the rails girls installer
• ruby -e "$(curl -fsSL https://raw.githubusercontent.com/Homebrew/install/master/install)"
• brew install libxml2 libxslt
• brew link libxml2 libxslt --force
• gem install nokogiri -- --use-system-libraries
• gem update rails --no-rdoc --no-ri

I didn't have time to check, but perhaps the rails girls installer can be skipped and everything can be just installed through homebrew.

In any case I'm posting it here for future reference.

Great idea.

I am now wondering, if there wasn't such a thing on the rails girls.com website already, that we might want to improve, instead of starting another one ourselves? If not, let's make one for ourselves.
