kjsiddle reports an issue with the feature table annotation transfer in the WDL-based GenBank preparation workflow: "tbl files for multiple segment genomes are taken in numerical order which can cause an issue when genbank IDs for each segment are not ordered in a way that is numerically consistent with the canonical way of numbering segments. Example is from lassa where genbank ID for L segment (traditionally 1) was a higher number than S segment (traditionally 2)."
