SwitchList import can't handle files in UTF-16 #87

If I try to import a list of freight cars in a file encoded as UTF-16, SwitchList refuses to import any.

Workaround: export CSV file as UTF-8 or ASCII, or use a website like this to convert the text to ASCII.
