SwitchList should warn when trains have no station stops #83

Trains without station stops aren't useful on SwitchList.

In the Trains tab, SwitchList should explicitly say "No station stops or route" in red.

In the Problems tab, SwitchList should warn about the train.

Similarly, SwitchList should warn if a town is not served by any train.
